Hank Dugan grew up in his father’s concrete shop. He learned to read a slab the way most kids learn to read a book.
In 2008 he founded Flooring & Epoxy Coat Pro on one idea: the durability of industrial coatings shouldn’t mean ugly floors. Eighteen years later, that’s still the standard he trains every installer to hit.
