UV-stable topcoats, salt-resistant primer, properly thick film build. We have Coronado installs in year 8 that look like year 1.

Yes – some of our favorite projects. Older slabs need careful prep: assessment of underlying damage, crack repair, sometimes moisture mitigation. We include all of that in the walkthrough and fixed quote.
